I've had an idea: The Alphabet Project!

I recently posted an entry in which I said that I had fallen out of love with writing. My last story, "Faceless", was early this year and since then, my autobiography-thing aside, I haven't written a word. More to the point I haven't had a single new story idea, and even though I have maybe thirty unfinished stories and a couple of novels filed away I have no desire to finish them.

So I've had an idea which I'm calling "The Alphabet Project". My plan is to take each letter of the alphabet, think of a word starting with each letter, and then write something - a story, a poem, a scene, anything - inspired by it. Sometimes I might write a few stories for each letter, but usually I think there will be just one.

I'm not setting any rules, like one story per day, or they must all be completed by a certain date, or that they must all have a specific word count - I just want to try to get back into writing.

I've already thought of a couple of titles and storylines, so watch this space. Any I write will be posted here.
