A quick posting to say hello, and that today I took and passed two CRM 3.0 exams - Installation & Configuration, and Applications Professional. Did quite well too - 94% for the first one, 91% for the second. Huzzah.
Oh, and I've got my snazzy new laptop, which I'm using to type this posting as I sprawl on the sofa downstairs. Brief review: laptop is ace. Sofa is reasonably comfy too.
