I've just been published for the third time! "The Creature in the Rose" was published by Bewrite earlier today and is now available from Bewrite and Amazon at the moment (other bookstores coming soon.) I have one story appearing in this collection, but it is probably my best to date: "Martin's Wish", and it is about fifty pages long. Be warned though, it is extremely strong stuff...
I'm still disappointed about the awards last week, and this week I was back in the classroom for the first time since the event. I did feel a bit funny doing the job, and hopefully I'll be back to myself next week when I do the same course all over again in Leeds.
Oh, and I've ordered a brand spanking new PC from Dell, and it arrives on Monday. Yippee!
I went to see Lionel Richie at the MEN Arena last night with Lou, Tara (from work), Tara's boyfriend and Tara's parents. Great show! The man is truly a legend.
Finally, I'm thinking of revamping the site again, hoping to make it a bit more standardised, so no frames or flash. At the moment I'm just thinking about it, but I definitely want to have a single "books" page with "Chill", "Kaleidoscope" and now "The Creature in the Rose" appearing just in the one place. I'll do that as soon as I get the chance.
