Shiny things

I've bought a new PC. And a snazzy keyboard for it. And I've opened an ISA. And Christopher Fowler has two new books coming out next year. Glen Duncan has one coming out too. And this is the best album I've heard in ages - probably my favourite album of the year in fact (sorry, Sigur Ros). And I really want this for Christmas, even more than this. And we saw Tindersticks at the Bridgewater Hall on Saturday night & they were astonishingly good (Guy Garvey from Elbow was there too). So why do I feel so fed up?
