Since the final release, a couple of tiny things I've noticed have changed...
1. Database diagrams are still there. They weren't in the beta releases but they're back in now. (The diagram for the new demo database (AdventureWorks) is horrendous).
2. In Transact-SQL, you can highlight a word, press SHIFT-F1, and get context help on it (it didn't work in the betas, much to my dismay.)
3. The Management Studio is horrible. I really miss Query Analyzer and Enterprise Manager!
