Glory glory etc.

Congratulations to Manchester United on winning the FA Cup! Woohoo! I must admit though that I was convinced Milwall would win and so I retreated to the garden where I cut the grass and faffed about with the pressure washer so I wouldn't see the match... but ended up watching it through the lounge window. Sad, really, but I'm just a big coward.

Off to London tomorrow :-( Running my second CRM "Train the Trainer" class, so the days should be good, but the nights will be dull as I'm down there on my tod. Hopefully I'll get some writing done, but knowing me I'll come back with a blank pad yet again.

Oh, and the new Prince album has really grown on me, so much so that I've taken the plunge and joined the NPG Music Club, and I'm considering placing an order for a copy of "The Vault," although £35 for a paperback sounds a bit steep. So, "Musicology" is a current favourite, along with the new ones by Morrissey, Keane and Ash, but the one I just can't take out of the car stereo at the moment is "The Singles" by No Doubt - but maybe that's just because I fancy Gwen Stefani. P J Harvey's new album is out on 31st May though, so I'll be loving the music and gazing longingly at the pictures in the booklet at the same time, as always.

Looking forward to holiday #1 which comes up in a few short weeks. Seven days of sunshine (hopefully), reading, and relaxation certainly sounds appealing just now. Can hardly wait, even though we're going with an airline nobody seems to have heard of. Hmmm....

Back soon.
