It's ok! I spoke to the neurology secretary this morning and she said my scan looked fine, and that the neurologist should be writing to me and my GP this week. Hurrah! Now I just need to get the headaches stopped in some way as yesterday I had thirty or so icepick ones, and they're driving me up the wall. Hopefully they'll be able to prescribe some medication now that they know there are no evil beasties lurking within my skull.
In house news, the bathroom has now been tiled (and we're considering getting the floor done!) and once again Rick has done a fantastic job. I'll post some pictures soon, including one of the manky old tiles with the exposed plaster around the new shower covered by ripped-up Greek carrier bags! Pete Thorniley is also doing a cracking job with the rewiring, and it should hopefully all be finished today. So far the lounge and hall downstairs are finished (the bulbs we got for the new ceiling light in the hall are way too bright - you can probably see them from there, wherever you may be - so we need to get some softer ones) and yesterday he got all of the preparation done for the upstairs lights, so today should hopefully just be a matter of putting the fittings and switches on, tidying it all up, and also fitting my new telephone extension for my swanky new broadband, which is impressively fast.
Next week I have a week of prep, and I'm hoping to get the CRM 4 exams passed all in a single day if possible, providing they actually appear on the Prometric website.
