Today I managed to pass the "Installation and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4" exam, and I scored 100% too! Very pleased, and this means I can now call myself a "Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist - Installation & Configuration for Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0" which, I'm sure you'll agree, just trips off the tongue.
My voice is slowly getting back to normal too, but still feels pretty hellish.
