A very brief post as I'm extremely angry... My laptop was stolen from my classroom in work yesterday, days after I made my final payment on it, and in the bag (they took the laptop, all of its bits, and carried it all away in the bag) were my house and car keys. Had to get a locksmith out last night to replace all of the locks in the house (£260 - ouch) and it looks like the laptop isn't covered under the insurance. Marvellous. What a great start to the week.
The laptop had nothing of great value on there apart from some work stuff I've been working on for a couple of years almost, and also some writing including "Within", "Can't Remember", and about sixty pages of my autobiography project. All lost. Naturally the laptop will probably have been formatted, reinstalled, and sold in a pub for a few quid.
Nothing more to say apart from this: Bastards.
