Went to see A-ha last night at the MEN Arena. It was nowhere near full but was a decent show, and they did all the old favourites ("Take On Me", "Hunting High and Low", "The Sun Always Shines on TV", "The Living Daylights") and some of the weirdy ones I like ("Manhattan Skyline", "Summer Moved On" - although that one sounded a bit wrong to be honest.) We enjoyed ourselves anyway. One slightly worrying thing though was that two seats away from me was a woman and I'm almost sure it was my ex. Needless to say I didn't lean over and ask if it was, but it freaked me out a bit anyway.
Next concerts for us... Depeche Mode at the MEN in March, Dara O'Briain at the Lowry in April, and *ahem* Take That at the MEN in May. Note to self: book more concerts.
One slightly interesting bit of news... I've been asked to edit a story for one of my mates at work, Neil Richards. More news as it happens.
